For those about to bark we salute you

The latest issue of WWII magazine ran an article about a man who trained his dog to give the Nazi salute on command. He was jailed - the dog, originally named Adolf, was sent to be retrained.
Quote from the magazine, "the staff has been trying to train the dog not to raise its paw too high..."
Couldn't find the online WWII mag version of the article, plus I can't be bothered to scan it, so here's the alternative online version.

The missing 3 will give you the final 1 (Wan)

Thank you Lords of Battlestar for this shot of Grace Park (s) again. Besides the one with several Boomers/Sharons/Athenas/Grace Parks at the old base star, this absolutely made my frackin day. Gasp.

The List

This is my self indulging watch list, all of which I feel are brutally important. Some are brutal. Others are for entertainment, or what I deem entertainment should be (not in order of preference):

1. Battle for Haditha
+ PBS Frontline's 'Rules of Engagement' for background info.
2. Operation Homecoming
3. No End in Sight
4. BATTLESTAR GALACTICA
This goes without saying. So say we all.
5. BBC Horizon:
- What on earth is wrong with gravity?
- The Six Billion Dollar Experiment
- Parallel Universes
- We Love Cigarettes
6. BBC - Leonardo Da Vinci (last episode)
7. BBC Timewatch:
Through Hell for Hitler
Dunkirk
D-Day to Berlin
8. Across the Universe
9. Gallipoli - The Frontline Experience
10. BBC
Sir No Sir - the GI Revolt
Clash of Worlds
11. Fog of War (of course)

The photo is of me taking a photo of a friend taking a photo of me. Please dear lords of Kobol tell me who the final Cylon is. I offer you a reference to the show on my own short film.

I know what you took on the FM2

All 35mm prints taken on my very trusty Nikon FM2 will be archived here (Flickr) from now on. Digital stuff will still be on Multiply. That camera hasn't died on me from the 1990s when my dad gave it to me.

Long live film.

It will be progressively updated as I have to touch up most of the prints. One of the first few up is this mao mao, a friend's cat, who proves that pictures paint a thousand cats as cute.

He's actually a terror in real life.

BLACK FRIDAY

Black Friday the short film - updates can be found here. Wordpress is winning the battle in my head for a small site on the film, so it'll all be archived there from now on. This site will continue until I fully decide how and where everything should fracking go.

So say we all (for now).
